cSite exists to develop new or advance existing least invasive surgical techniques through innovation, research and education across all disciplines and specialties to the benefit of the patients we treat.

cSite Vision

cSite's vision is to be recognized as an international leader in the utilization, advancement and education of least invasive surgical techniques and practices. As an industry leader, cSite will provide superior quality, leading edge technical services and continuous educational training. The cSite staff will be tasked with the delivery of prompt, courteous and professional services, with the goal of one hundred percent client satisfaction. Our staff will work to internalize client needs, to best recommend clinical and technical solutions that are sound, beneficial and cost effective.

Future Focus

cSite’s focus lies in maximizing the Teleconference, Lab and Simulation Center usage, while striving to continuously improve existing operations. This will be accomplished by implementing the following concepts:
 

•    Build a State-of-the-Art Simulation Center
    •    Virtual Reality Simulators
    •    Training Boxes
    •    FLS
•    Develop and implement the Medical Device Beta Testing Site
•    Expand the teleconference and cadaver lab services
•    Focus on perpetual education, training and research efforts in the fields of the least invasive procedures

    •    Innovations in Surgery Conference
    •    Bariatric Journal Club
    •    cSite Fellowship program
•    Re-establish a research program through a peer review process with internal and external funding.
